Today, February 2nd is the World’s wetlands day! 

The Wetland is a distinct ecosystem that is flooded by water. This is inhabited by a great diversity of unique species.
Wetlands can be present in different regions all around the world. Due to the limited access to water sources, wetlands from the desert and arid regions like around the Altiplano (Andean mountains) are crucial for all living beings, including humans communities. Therefore, let’s protect our fragile environments!
